HOW TO FIND US
Follow the M5 to Exeter then continue on to the A38. After 3 miles, fork left on to the A380 signposted Torbay.
After approx. 9 miles along a dual carriageway you will come to the "Penn Inn" traffic lights and roundabout near Newton Abbot. Go straight across and keep on the A380 continuing through the village of Kingskerswell.
At the next roundabout go straight on joining the A3022 which passes The Willows shopping centre on the left hand side. Turn left at the next traffic lights heading for Babbacombe and St. Marychurch.
Go straight across the roundabout through Hele village. You then come to a dual roundabout where you turn left and directly right up Westhill Road.
At the next set of traffic lights turn left into Manor Road. At the end of this road turn right onto Babbacombe Road (B3199).
St Albans Road is the second turning on the left and the Exmouth View Hotel awaits you on the right hand side.
